We launched the Mentorship with Goodness program with a vision to foster fellow designers' growth by providing ongoing guidance and support.
Inspired by the profound impact of mentorship on my own design career, I opened my calendar to offer mentorship sessions, aiming to empower emerging talents within the design community.
Recognizing that mentorship goes beyond individual sessions, I collaborated with Olamide Akoja to create a systematic approach for continuous support throughout designers' journeys.
